If you don't have a frag grenade or any other explosive ammo, you can always try using a shotgun to finish off the Big Daddy. This is a fairly cheap method of killing the Big Daddy, but it will take up more of your Eve than other methods. However, it will do a lot of damage to the Big Daddy and will allow you to use a sniper rifle or other powerful weapon to finish off its survivor.

Using a frag grenade
