Oogie’s main antagonist is Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town. He plans to sabotage Christmas by kidnapping Santa Claus and using him as a means to take over the holidays.

He does so by enlisting the aid of Lock, Shock, and Barrel, who serve as his henchmen. They are responsible for kidnapping Santa and sending him to Oogie Boogie’s lair where he is bound to a giant roulette wheel.

The trio manages to get Santa to Oogie’s lair and eventually defeat him but not before he gets kidnapped. Once they have him captive, Oogie tries to make the Mayor of Halloween Town his latest meal by teasingly torturing him.

Oogie’s henchmen were later used in The Nightmare Before Christmas video game, where they are the second main villains. In this version of the game, they have different attacks and are easier to kill than they were in the film. They can be fought in various ways, including throwing boomerangs and spinning around. The game also has a number of new characters, such as Dr. Finkelstein, who was created by Dr. Finkelstein at the time that Oogie tricked citizens of Halloween Town.

When a Black basketball player named Monk (Pop Smoke) beats Boogie and almost destroys their relationship, the teen takes a strong stand against him and his coach, saying, “It’s a fucked-up system.” But this doesn’t stop Boogie from being more than a mere pawn in his father’s scheme to get him into the NBA.

Boogie is a heartwarming and inspiring story about a teenager who is trying to figure out what it means to be a man. It is a great movie that will resonate with everyone who has ever struggled to find their place in the world.
