How to Watch Season 2 of the 100 Online

After a nuclear apocalypse, survivors on an orbiting space station known as the Ark decide to test if Earth is still habitable by sending 100 juvenile delinquents back down to the surface.

As a result, things start to go wrong for the group. Clarke and Bellamy lead a hunt, Raven makes a deal that can’t be denied, Kane risks his life to save Abby, and Octavia resorts to violence to find her father.

How to Watch

A nuclear apocalypse nearly wiped out the planet, but some survivors aboard the orbiting Ark space station hope to return to Earth and find a better life. To do this, they send one hundred juvenile delinquents to the ground to see if the planet is habitable again.

The resulting experiment isn’t without its share of problems, including the arrival of the Grounders and Reapers, who hunt and kill human survivors with a deadly cannibalistic zeal. However, it’s Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and her team of survivors who stand out in the series’ pantheon of heroes.

Season 2 follows Clarke and the rest of her ragtag group as they try to survive in a hostile new environment on Earth. They navigate a minefield of dangers, including an unfriendly president and a strange underground complex known as Mount Weather, where they encounter cannibalistic reapers and other mysterious creatures.

A number of ways to watch The 100 Season 2 are available, from watching live on TV to downloading the episodes on your device. If you don’t have cable, or simply want to watch on the go, you can check out The CW app or The CW website. But don’t expect all the episodes to be available for streaming the day after they air on television.

Season 1

The CW's drama series The 100, based on a dystopian novel of the same name, follows the journey of 100 juvenile delinquents sent to Earth after a nuclear apocalypse. Originally sent from a space station called the Ark, the group is forced to live on Earth in a new world full of new creatures and plants.

The 100 quickly discovers that not all humans were killed in the nuclear disaster, and some survivors are alive. These are the Grounders, clans that fight among themselves; the Reapers, another group of surviving Grounders who have become cannibals; and the Mountain Men, people who locked themselves away before the disaster, who live in Mount Weather.

Parents need to know that The 100 is a violent and action-packed show. The show often erupts between teens in graphic ways, and unquestioned capital punishment and the totalitarian power of the Ark's governing body are presented in a context that may not be suitable for young viewers.

Season 1 of The 100 ends with the group finding themselves on Earth, and discovering a nearby underground depot that may serve as their winter home. But as they struggle to adapt, factions start to emerge.

Season 2

Almost 100 years after humanity nearly destroyed itself in a nuclear war, the Earth has been abandoned and the survivors live on an orbiting space station called the "Ark." The repressive regime picks 100 expendable juvenile delinquents to go to the planet's surface to see if it's habitable again.

The 100's mission is successful, and the surviving human race is able to establish an alliance with grounders in order to survive. But they're soon attacked by a group of Mountain Men.

In season 2 of The 100, the survivors are trying to stay alive on the planet while fighting against other factions. Forty-eight imprisoned grounders are taken by Mountain Men, who transfuse their blood as a form of anti-radiation therapy.

Meanwhile, a video connection between the Ark and the 100 is disrupted by a bombing during the "Unity Day" ceremony. Bellamy and Clarke investigate, finding a stockpile of weapons and supplies.

Back at Arkadia, Bellamy tries to lead the remaining 400-plus survivors to the shelter while Jasper wants to stay behind and celebrate what's left of the world. The two argue in the finale of season 2 before Jasper is killed by Monty in a devastated Harper's arms.

Season 3

In the aftermath of a nuclear apocalypse, humanity is living in orbiting space stations called the Ark. In an effort to test if Earth can once again be inhabitable, the station sends 100 juvenile delinquents to the ground to see if they have what it takes to survive in the harsh environment of the planet.

In season 2, the remaining youths are captured by Mountain Men who are experimenting on them with a blood transfusion procedure using their bone marrow, which is believed to be an anti-radiation treatment. Meanwhile, Clarke, Bellamy, and Roan are preparing to transport ten barrels of hydrazine fuel to Raven for her trip to space to make Nightblood.

When the hydrazine fuel reaches Raven, she is attacked by Trikru and kills her. However, she later saves the other hydrazine barrels and delivers them to Clarke and Bellamy.

As the 100 search for ways to survive the radiation coming from the bombing of Mount Weather, the team learns that Luna’s Nightblood is able to metabolize radiation. She also learns that Abby was able to turn Bellamy into a Nightblood, which causes her to question her leadership decisions and ultimately leads her to make a decision that will change everything.

Season 4

One hundred years after a nuclear apocalypse, survivors living on an orbiting space station are struggling to survive. When it becomes clear that the ark will not last, the regime decides to send 100 expendable juvenile delinquents down to Earth to see if it is still inhabitable.

Once on the ground, the group of teenagers is forced to adapt to a world they don’t understand. Clarke, Finn, Bellamy, Octavia and the others struggle with their new surroundings and are faced with physical and moral dilemmas.

The season ended with a race against the end of the world as Praimfaya arrived, forcing everyone to make impossible decisions to ensure their survival. Meanwhile, Ilian set fire to Alpha Station in a desperate attempt to destroy all tech.

It’s now time to return to Earth and begin anew. If you missed any of the final 16 episodes of The 100, you can watch them online here on TV Fanatic and other streaming sites.

Season 5

The CW's sci-fi post-apocalyptic drama The 100 is one of the most addicting shows on the air right now. It sees a group of 100 juvenile delinquents sent down to Earth after the space station they're living on can no longer sustain them.

After 97 years of living in the "Ark" orbiting Earth, the survivors are running out of resources. To determine whether or not the planet is still habitable, they elect to send 100 expendable juvenile delinquents to the surface.

When the 100 arrive on Earth, they are forced to face new threats and dangerous factions. They discover the world is not what they imagined, and their only option is to fight for survival.

As they try to survive, the 100 are confronted with their own demons and learn how to live without the power of the repressive governing regime. They also find out what it means to be a hero and a villain, and they begin to realize that the choices they make will determine their fate.

Season 2 of The 100 premieres on Tuesday, April 24 at 8 p.m. Eastern/Central on The CW. We'll have the full episode guide for you when it airs, so be sure to check back soon!

Season 6

Nearly 100 years after a nuclear apocalypse, resources are running out on a dying space station. In an effort to save what they can, the Ark sends 100 juvenile delinquents to Earth to test its habitability.

After 125 years of cryosleep, Clarke, Bellamy and their fellow survivors awaken on Alpha, a planet rich with new wonders and dangers. They learn of a new society led by ruling families known as the Primes and discover a dangerous rebel group, the Children of Gabriel.

Survivors also face a fast-moving toxic fog that threatens their mission to find a substance that can save Jasper’s life. The survivors, including Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia and Finn, are forced to hide in the fog while searching for their friend.

Meanwhile, former Chancellor Jaha leads a search for a fabled "City of Light" in an attempt to help the grounders survive their deadline. But he's not alone in his quest; Abby, Kane and the Ark survivors must battle their own physical and moral dilemmas. In the end, a heroic decision is made.

Season 7

A century after a nuclear apocalypse, survivors aboard an orbiting space station known as the Ark return to Earth and send 100 juvenile delinquents back to the surface to see if the planet is habitable again. Upon arriving on the planet, they are immediately met with hostile factions, including The Grounders, Reapers and Mountain Men.

Season 2 of The 100 picks up where the freshman finale left off, with Clarke (Eliza Taylor) trapped inside a bizarre underground complex within Mount Weather. There, she meets a group of survivors who invite her to stay, but she senses distrust.

As she seeks to escape, Clarke comes face-to-face with cannibalistic reapers who are out to kill her. Eventually, she manages to escape.

The CW broadcasts new episodes of the show every Wednesday at 8 PM ET/PT, and it streams them on its website and companion apps for free in the United States - no login required. In countries abroad, however, viewers may need to sign up for a VPN to unblock geo-restricted streaming platforms.
