During filming of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Daniella Pineda recalled her first encounter with a dinosaur. In an interview with Digital Spy, she said, "I had never been in the presence of a dinosaur before, but I was absolutely terrified. There was no way I was going to let that happen."
As for her character's backstory, she explains, "Zia is a paleo-veterinarian who has been working in Biosyn Genetics since its founding. They have their offices in Italy, which are located in the mountains. Their main pot of business is controlling the world food supply.
Aside from being a character in the Jurassic series, Daniella Pineda has appeared in the Netflix Live-Action Adaptation of Cowboy Bebop. The show will air on Netflix in 2021. It features characters who are snarky, scrappy and deadly.
However, her appearance in the live-action version of the series was canceled in the end. Now, she will appear in Lionsgate's The Plane, alongside Gerard Butler.
Peacock
