The Joes must travel to an island where a psionic scientist is able to use his powers to control people. Lowlight must help his friends overcome their fears and foil Mindbender’s plot!
In this episode, the Joes must go on a rescue mission to Alaska where they must battle a 19th-century Cossack captain named Lukrov. They must also find a seal that is known as the “Seal of Alaska” before Cobra takes over the area.
