Positioning

A lot of time and energy is expended on reffing a game, so you want to be sure you’re doing the best job possible. Using the right position at the right time is a crucial step in that process. The most effective shuffles are the ones that allow you to get your bearings before settling into a more permanent position, without risking a collision with a player or other officials.

Watching the Ball
